Ayurveda Paradies Inh. M. Rohmer develops and distributes high-quality Ayurveda and other natural products .

Fair

We stand for a clear, transparent supply chain with a fair income for everyone involved - from the farmer/manufacturer to the retailer. We guarantee the best quality for you as a customer. We take small and medium-sized businesses as well as artists' work into account.

As a general rule, we do not grant any discounts or rebates beyond our special offers. This does not apply in cases where specific agreements are possible that create a win-win situation for all parties involved.

Prices and Payment

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our prices are ex warehouse including packaging and the applicable VAT, plus shipping
  • Payment of the purchase price must be made exclusively to the account specified on the QR invoice, with the correct reference number. Discounts may only be deducted if agreed separately in writing. Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. If reminders are necessary, the costs are CHF 8 from the second reminder and CHF 10 from the third reminder, which must be borne by the buyer. The right to claim higher damages for late payment remains reserved.
  • Price changes can occur daily without giving reasons due to changes in wage, material and distribution costs.
  • Payments at the post office counter: When paying an invoice at the post office counter using the QR invoice enclosed in the postal package or sent by email, the postal charges will be charged to the customer or refunded. The fee is CHF 5 per payment.
  • Payments via online banking: There are no additional costs when paying your bill via e-banking.

delivery times
The delivery times mentioned are estimates that are not binding for Ayurveda Paradies. Your delivery will usually take place within two to three days. Products can be picked up from us by appointment and selecting the 'Pickup' checkbox at the checkout:

 We will inform you by email or telephone that the goods are ready for collection. At our domicile Products can be paid for with debit or credit card and in cash. (We do not accept Postcard or TWINT)

delivery conditions
 Delivery takes place in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Your delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout for B-Economy packages according to your selection. Partial deliveries are only sent at the express request of the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred are borne by the customer. We send our packages from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and the company holidays communicated in advance. If, in exceptional circumstances, a product is not ready for dispatch within 24 hours, you will be informed by email.

If you do not accept the package, Ayurveda Paradies Inh. M. Rohmer can, at its own discretion, either sell the goods to a third party after the 2-week period has expired and hold the original buyer liable for any loss incurred, or insist on the fulfillment of the contract. Returns are charged according to the Swiss Post B-Economy rates.

returns
 Please note that we cannot accept returns of products other than hardware for hygiene and legal reasons.The return costs plus a fee of 25% of the value of the goods are borne by the customer.

Should events occur that make delivery significantly more difficult or impossible for Ayurveda Paradies Inh. M. Rohmer, such as strikes, lockouts, official orders or similar, Ayurveda Paradies Inh. M. Rohmer shall not be liable for delays, even if binding deadlines and dates have been agreed.

right of withdrawal
 A right of withdrawal is not granted under Swiss law.

minimum orders
 We do not have a minimum order value. However, please consider the ecological and logistical factors when placing your order.

branded products
In the Ayurveda Online Shop you will find various branded products. Sometimes it may be that they are out of stock, sold out or temporarily unavailable because they are not mass products is.

Crop failures, political or human causes can be the reason for supply shortages. You can create a reminder for each product so that we will inform you by email when the product is back in stock. This is an automatic process.

Defects/Warranty
 The statutory warranty applies.
Important NOTE:  Please consult your naturopath in Ayurveda medicine if you have any known intolerances. The same applies to possible interactions with other products you are taking at the same time.
