The idea of ​​working for a boss all my life as an employee has never appealed to me. Nevertheless, my journey began in medium and large service and IT companies, first as an employee, later in middle management.

Dissatisfaction was my constant companion.

In management positions, I saw myself putting off customers and having to handle far too many orders. I passed by potential
carelessly. The nights were getting shorter and shorter and my body was signaling with symptoms and illnesses that things couldn't and shouldn't go on like this anymore.

I also noticed that I didn't pay enough attention to my actual wishes and needs and put them aside .

I felt empty and my life seemed stuck. The burnout syndrome that soon followed made it very clear to me that I was burnt out, lacking motivation, energy and prospects.

At this time, which was right for me, I got to know AYURVEDA, a natural healing and lifestyle system.

I gradually discovered a new, happy world. Ayurveda - the science of long life - a diet that suits my body and mind and a healthy lifestyle confirmed to me that I was on the right path.

After my orientation towards Ayurveda, I opened up to spirituality, recognized and accepted my clairvoyance again and understood that only the path inward is a fruitful path, that it leads me to people and into the space of peace, light and love.

Ayurveda the knowledge of long life

In numerous training courses and seminars, I discovered the deeper perspectives of Ayurveda, as well as energetic healing and spiritual medicine. The spiritual inner work and its change in consciousness - who or what am I - became a new milestone and beacon of life for me.

Today I am an independent entrepreneur and
serve people with the Ayurveda paradise and the Ayurvedic products.

I also offer individual and group sessions on spiritual topics, energetic consultations, quantum healing and spiritual medicine.

I also use other, effective methods to achieve a humane path in life. 

This includes the various opportunities of
Ayurveda such as energetic healing (we are energy..), spiritual medicine and topics on evidence-based nutritional philosophy.

For my own balance, I enjoy nature, Animals, sports and my dear friends.
