Qualities of an Ayurveda Cook
According to Ayurveda, an excellent cook should be happy and balanced. However, it would be better if he is in love or has a lot of love inside him. The food will certainly not taste too salty! The way to a man's heart is through his stomach, as the saying goes.
In reality, love passes through all organs and touches the soul at the same time. Because love is not limited by anything. And it cannot be explained. It is the same with an Ayurvedic dish. It can touch us deeply and we cannot explain why that is so.
And that's a good thing! With this in mind, we take time to fall in love. Because there is always enough timelessness for that! Also to pause and for matters of the heart, time for a little Ayurvedic romance and a poetic hug!
