Ayurveda Udvarthana (Udvartana) body peeling powder Tridosha, 100 - 1,000 g

Udvarthana is a stimulating, Ayurvedic, energizing dry massage that offers a strong peeling effect and cleanses, smoothes and firms the skin, including the connective tissue. It can also be used in the shower. 

Udvartana can be helpful for itching and a tendency to hives. Kapha and Pitta constitutions that cannot tolerate sesame oil, for example, can benefit from a light powder massage. The massage brings about deep relaxation and balance and supports the release of physical and mental blockages.

Areas of application: Reduction of fatty tissue, improvement of skin texture, creates soft and firm skin. 

Promotes blood circulation, cellulite treatment, deep relaxation, letting go of physical and mental blockages, without preservatives and flavorings.

Strong Vata symptoms
If you have severe Vata symptoms such as very dry skin, you can make a paste with this herbal peeling. Rub it lovingly in the shower as a couple and rub your body together.

100g is enough for 2 people/applications. Stir Udvarthana powder with approx. 50ml Vata or Pitta Thailam and as much water as necessary until a creamy paste is formed. Apply the paste to the body or to problem areas. Massage gently and lovingly into the body for around 10 minutes using rubbing movements. If the skin turns red, stop the peeling and then take a warm shower. You will be surprised at how soft your skin becomes after the massage. Despite the powder, the skin does not dry out. Can also be used locally to remove fat deposits and cellulite.
