As an Ayurvedic cook, I use the Himalayan salt daily and I am very satisfied with it. The Himalayan salt is harvested without any additives. This original salt is a valuable and unadulterated natural product that has not been refined.

Himalayan crystal salt unrefined is a natural product for Ayurvedic and gourmet cuisine. We deliver the salt from Switzerland.
Manually mined Himalayan salt is transported in large chunks from the salt mine and then selected by hand. When extracting the Himalayan salt Care is taken to ensure that only the best quality is fed into the following operations.
This is how carefully each individual crystal is washed with pure spring water and then dried in the sun. The Himalayan crystal saltthat is not refined, is crushed and then selected again. Part of it is carefully ground using a stone mill.
Preparation of a salt brine
One of the most important uses of Himalayan crystal salt is to make a so-called “brine”. To do this, you put a few pieces of pink salt in a sealable glass and fill it with spring water that is as still as possible (do not use mineral water and definitely do not use carbonated water).
After a few days, a saturated solution with a salt content of about 26% is formed. Any chunks of salt that have not yet dissolved can be left in the glass and more water can be added when the opportunity arises. When all the salt has dissolved, more must be added.
The resulting brine can be used for months without any problems, as the salt itself is a natural preservative. From this BRINE salt solution take a teaspoon every day full of water (approx. 2.5 dl) and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning after getting up. Spring water is recommended here too. Many public fountains are connected directly to a spring; the local water supplier will give you exact information.
This alone daily brine drinking cure can bring considerable success. The body begins to regenerate, heavy metals are broken down and the mineral and electrolyte balance is harmonized. The brine drinking cure has a particularly invigorating effect on the metabolism of the digestive system, stimulates the intestines and strengthens the body's general immune system. Such drinking cures have been used successfully for centuries. A break is recommended after a few months.
use as table salt
Himalayan crystal salt is ideal for seasoning all kinds of food and is, to our knowledge, the most complete type of salt on earth. Good Himalayan table salt consists of light to pink salt crystals that millions of years grown and all ingredients are contained in a form that can be absorbed by our bodies.
All people who care about a healthy diet should become more aware that they should switch to using HIMALAYA table salt for the sake of their body, as the commercially available table salt has been robbed of its natural wholeness, chemically refined and finally mixed with anti-caking agents and preservatives from the E group.
Common table salt is nothing more than a by-product of industrial salt production. Pure NaCl is needed in industry for a variety of things, such as the manufacture of plastics. Only about 7% of this industrial salt is sold in food stores and ends up in the kitchen. We must also not forget that we consume a lot of hidden table salt through processed and preserved products without consciously realizing it.
Prepare a soothing brine bath
For deep relaxation and for therapy, it is recommended to regularly take a salt bath with Himalayan salt. The salt concentration should at least correspond to the concentration in our blood (about 1%). For a full bath with about 150 l of water, about 1.5 kg of unrefined Himalayan salt is needed. The higher the concentration, the more thoroughly the organism is detoxified. It is best to dissolve the salt in some of the water about one to two hours before starting the bath.
The water temperature when bathing should be 37°, ie the same as body temperature, and the bath should last 20 to 30 minutes. If you have a weak cardiovascular system, it is advisable to consult your family doctor first. A 30-minute salt water bath has about the same detoxifying effect as a fasting cure lasting several daysYou will feel relaxed and "renewed" afterwards. It is advisable to rest for about 20 minutes afterwards.
